INTRODUCTION

Communication is a methodology of sending and accepting messages that empowers people to impart information, state of mind, and aptitudes. In spite of the fact that we typically distinguish communication with speech, communication is made out of two measurements - verbal and nonverbal. 

Nonverbal communication has been described as communication without words. It covers clear practices, for example, outward appearances, eyes, touching, and manner of speaking, and in addition more subtle messages, for example, dress, posture and spatial separation between two or more individuals. "Everything imparts," including material items, physical space, and time frameworks. Albeit verbal yield can be turned off, nonverbal can't. Indeed quiet talks.



 Importance of nonverbal skills
  1. There are many areas where nonverbal communication is more effective than verbal. Example when explain the shape, directions, personalities are expressed non verbally.
